Summary of the project: in August 2008, Dalian SAGE heavy industry equipment Co., Ltd. provided a welding pipe finishing line for the newly built 600ERW welded pipe unit in Jiangbei, Wugang group, mainly producing oil and natural gas conveying pipe, casing, structure and square tube. The production capacity of the design year is 350 thousand tons.
Characteristic:
(1) the annual output is the highest among the similar equipment in China, reaching 350 thousand tons.
(2) the diameter of the steel pipe is the largest among the similar equipment in China, reaching 660 millimeters.
(3) the thickness of the steel tube is the thickest among the similar equipment in the world, reaching 24 millimeters.
(4) the length of the steel pipe is relatively long and the longest length is 18.5 meters.
(5) there are many kinds of products. We should give full consideration to the export and return of different products under different circumstances.
Working system and working hours
The working system is three classes, with a single day off per week and 10 days per year. The three high group gives detailed annual working time plan.
The diameter of the main line steel pipe is replaced by an average of 2 times a week and the thickness of the wall is replaced by 4 times a week. Calendar time is calculated throughout the year.
